Privacy Policy
Offline play
Nightfall is a single-player game that works offline. It has no account registration, multiplayer, advertising, analytics, tracking SDKs or real-money in-app purchases.
Data on your device
The game stores your preferences, selected survivor and map, audio/control settings, and best round/score records locally in its app storage. Nightfall does not upload this information or collect or share personal data. There is no cloud-save service.
Permissions
The Android game uses vibration for damage feedback. It does not request Internet, camera, microphone, location, contacts or photo-library access. Playing recorded voices and music does not record audio.
Retention and deletion
Local preferences and records stay until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. On Android, clearing storage in system Settings deletes them. Reset Defaults only resets preferences; it does not erase your records. Nightfall has no remote account or server-side records to delete. Device/platform backup behavior is controlled by the operating system; the Android app disables automatic app-data backup.
Children and external services
Nightfall contains fictional zombie combat and horror themes. It is not designed for children. The game does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone. Your app store and any website you choose to open operate under their own privacy policies. A browser or website host may process ordinary connection information when you visit the online policy; no website visit is required to read this in-game policy or play.
Support messages
If you choose to contact the developer outside the game, your email address and message will be used to answer your request. Do not include unnecessary personal information. You can ask for deletion of support correspondence, subject to any applicable retention obligations. This does not enable data collection or tracking inside the game.
Changes and contact
This policy describes the current offline game. Changes will be reflected here and in the online policy, with an updated effective date. For support or privacy inquiries, use the developer contact details displayed on the app's store listing.
